The Traditional Reindeer Games
The Reindeer Games is a tradition that was started by our first librarian, Mrs. Weisgarber.
They are a series of fun events that take place in the library the week before Christmas Break for students in grades 4 to 7. Classes have an opportunity to work together in teams while playing some games, all in the spirit of fun. The winning team gets the coveted Rudolph head to jingle and parade down the hall. Which team will lead the sleigh this year? |

Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer
You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen
Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen But do you recall The most famous reindeer of all? Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Had a very shiny nose And if you ever saw it You would even say it glows All of the other reindeer Used to laugh and call him names They never let poor Rudolph Join in any reindeer games Then one foggy Christmas Eve Santa came to say "Rudolph, with your nose so bright Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?" Then how the reindeer loved him As they shouted out with glee "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer You'll go down in history" Source: LyricFind Songwriters: Johnny Marks Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer lyrics © Warner Chappell Music, Inc, Roba Music Verlag GMBH, ST.
