Copyright

What is copyright?

Copyright is the exclusive legal right, given to creators of original material, to further use and duplicate (print, publish, perform, film, or record) literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same for a given amount of time, at which point the copyrighted item becomes public domain.
In simplest terms, it gives you the right to decide what is done with things you create.

Where can I get images to use?

Some people make their images available for use for free. They provide a special license allowing you to use them.
